1. Log in and create your feedback form
If you want to create your own feedback form with easyfeedback, the first thing you need is an account. If you don’t have an account yet, simply sign up here for free. After signing up or logging in, you will land on the overview page. There you can create a new form by clicking on the button “+ Create survey“.
Simply decide whether you want to start with a blank survey or use one of the many free templates as the basis for your feedback sheet.
2. Add questions and content to your online feedback sheet
After creating your new online form, the survey editor opens. With this editor, you can easily build and interactively design your feedback sheet according to your own ideas using drag & drop, just like a website builder.
Create an individual welcome and closing page, create several pages for your online feedback sheet and choose the appropriate question from 14 different question types (e.g. yes/no question, open question, picture question, matrix scale, etc.). You also have the option of integrating images, video and audio files into your questionnaire.
Once created, the questions and elements can easily be moved back and forth between the pages.
If you want to have an individual course, you can work with logics, filters and jumps and direct the participants – depending on the answer – to targeted pages.

If you want to test your feedback form while it is being built, simply open the survey preview and let it show you how it will be built – and exactly how the online feedback sheet will be presented later.
3. Design an individual layout for your online feedback sheet
Once the content of the online feedback form is complete, the next step is to design a unique layout. Using the layout configurator, you can customize colors, fonts, logo and images to suit your taste.
4. Customize the settings of your feedback form
In the survey settings you can make individual adjustments:

6. Evaluate and export the results of your feedback form
As soon as the first participant has answered the first question, you will see the result in the evaluation of your survey. The results are always displayed live and in real time. Simply switch to the survey evaluation area and watch how the participants answer your online feedback sheet.

The statistics page shows you statistical data about the results. You can see how many visitors, participants and dropouts your survey had. In addition, you can find out which device was used to participate in your feedback sheet, what the average participation time was, and much more.

In the Results section you can see the answers in charts and data tables. Choose the best one for you from different chart types, adjust the colors of the charts and export them.
Using the filter settings, you can segment the results by individual participant groups and gain deeper insights into the results.
In addition, it is also possible to create comparisons. This allows you to compare individual target groups with each other and see how each target group responded.
