Regardless of whether it’s a customer survey or an employee survey – wherever personal data is collected, data protection must be guaranteed.
At easyfeedback, we have designed all processes with data protection in mind so that you can conduct customer surveys without hesitation.
This includes the following measures:
- Measure: Server location Germany
- Measure: ISO certification
- Measure: Contract for order processing
- Measure: No third-party tools within surveys
1st measure: Server location Germany
As the most important measure we have decided for the server location Germany.
All data collected by you will be stored and processed exclusively in Germany.
2nd measure: ISO certification
We, easyfeedback GmbH, are certified according to TISAX (ISO27001 incl. BSI basic protection + requirements from the automotive sector).
Our service providers as well as data center & server maintenance are also certified according to ISO27001.
Through the certification, all employees are sensitized, trained and must adhere to guidelines.
3rd measure: Contract for commissioned processing
In order to regulate the relationship of commissioned processing and define it for you as well as for us, we have completely prepared the well-known AV contract according to GDPR for you.
Thus, you can work together with us in compliance with the law.
4th measure: No third-party tools within surveys
One of the most important measures is the consistent exclusion of third-party tools such as Google Fonts, Analytics tools or other marketing features.
All third-party tools are 100% excluded from surveys.
This makes it easier for you to communicate and collaborate with your customers and employees.
For this reason, easyfeedback surveys also do not require a cookie consent banner, which participants must first agree to.
