Onsite and employee surveys
Süddeutsche Zeitung uses easyfeedback since 2016 for reader’s onsite-surveys and internal employee questionnaires. On sz.de we measure the satisfaction of readers, collect suggestions to improve website and app, additionally we collect feedback to brand new ideas. The SZ editors team collects information for contemporary research through easyfeedback surveys.
We chose easyfeedback, because we want to shape our surveys individually and data privacy protection is an important issue to us. Furthermore easyfeedback offers many possibilities to integrate surveys to our digital products. There is a quite common scenario: We use easyfeedback in combination with Google Tag Manager and process targeted surveys on SZ.de for certain readers and groups. That way we gain data on relevant readers to ensure lower dropout rates.
