Evaluate the results of a market research

Solutions / Market Research / Evaluate the results of a market research
Your online market research survey is finished and you want to evaluate the results based on your research project. Before you start with the evaluation, you should first of all prepare the collected data.
This means that in the first step you do a quality check of the data and identify faulty, dubious or too fast answers to the online questionnaire.
This data is usually unusable and can be deleted via our online survey tool easyfeedback, via the individual results in the evaluation.

This cleaning of the data is important for a market research or generally for the evaluation of a survey to increase the quality of the evaluation for a later interpretation of the data.
After you have cleaned the data, you can start analyzing the statistical data of your survey.
In addition to basic information such as start and end dates, participation time, length of the survey and languages, you will also see statistics on the visitor source, participation behavior and the end device used in the evaluation.

Furthermore, in the statistical data of your survey you can see the participation and bounce history over time.
The bounce history is an important source for you, especially during the execution of the market research survey, as it allows you to see if there are problems and obstacles in answering your survey and to react in time by making changes to the problem areas in real time.

Once you have analyzed the statistical data, you can now analyze the overall results in more depth using filter settings based on responses behavior or statistical values as well as comparisons between groups of participants.

In the case of text responses from open-ended questions, the answers are displayed to you in easyfeedback as plain text or, if you require it visually, as a word cloud.

And if easyfeedback with its extensive functions is not enough for your evaluation, you can download the results in XLS, CSV, SPSS or as a PDF file for further processing.
