The goal
The goal of gemba.austria GmbH was, in addition to continuous participant feedback on the trainings (trainings, events, etc.), to examine the effectiveness of the trainings through before-and-after comparisons and to support the participants in their preparation for the trainings.
Low-waste feedback surveys should be used and the evaluation options should be usable and individual.
The challenge
The use of haptic feedback sheets posed a logistical difficulty for the company. In addition, the effort to systematize the feedback and derive the corresponding activities was high.
With easyfeedback, the feedback of the training participants could be collected very easily via the website as well as via QR codes.
