With easyfeedback, you can carry out surveys via a chatbot in addition to normal surveys that are set up with a questionnaire.
The main difference lies in the dialog-oriented communication between the chatbot and the participant. You continue to specify the questions that the chatbot asks. However, if the participant does not answer the question directly, the chatbot asks twice and focuses the participant on answering the question.
The biggest advantage, however, lies in the analysis of the conversation transcripts. Thanks to the integrated AI analysis, the AI takes over the interpretation of the results and saves you a lot of time in manual processing.
Create chat question
If you want to create a chat survey, proceed as follows:
- Click on the “Chat surveys” tab in the overview.
- Click on the “Create chat question” button.
- As soon as the new chat question is displayed in the table, click on the “Edit” pencil on the right.
- You can now write an introduction and create up to 5 questions.
Note:
It is recommended that you only place up to 5 questions in a chat question. If you place more than 5 questions, the focus will be lost from the survey and the chats will drift off in one real direction. Therefore, only a maximum of 5 questions are possible in a chat survey.
Chat survey settings
You have the following setting options for each chat survey:
- Introduction:
Here you can insert a short introduction to explain the purpose of the survey to the participant. - Questions:
Use the “Add question” button to add individual questions to the chat survey. You can place up to 5 questions. - Chatbot name:
This is the name of the chatbot. This is displayed when the chatbot “answers”. - Chatbot personality:
With this setting you can choose whether the chatbot responds individually to the participant’s answers in the language style of “Professional, Casual or Empathetic”. - Topic color:
This color specification is used to color the speech bubbles and buttons. - Banner upload:
Here you can upload a banner or logo that will be displayed above the chatbot.
Invite participants
Like the normal surveys, the chatbot can be accessed via a link. You can send this link by e-mail, include it in a newsletter, place it on your website or create a QR code from it.
Click on the “Share” icon to the right of the respective chat question in the table of chat questions. This will open a small window with the link to the chat question. Copy the link and distribute it to your participants.
AI analysis
To open the evaluation and AI analysis, please click on the “Evaluation” icon next to the desired chat question in the overview. Click on it to open the analysis.
You will now see various areas:
- Overview
- Interview transcripts
- Individual evaluation of the questions asked
- SWOT analysis
- Recommendations for action
Note:
You must initiate the AI analysis manually. Only then will the analysis of the data be displayed. Please note, however, that when you start the AI analysis, the chat survey is closed and no further participation is possible afterwards. You should therefore only start the AI analysis once the survey has been completed.
Sharing results
You can share the AI analysis via a link and make it accessible to other people. To do this, click on the “Share” icon at the top right of the analysis. The content behind the share icon is 1:1 identical to the presentation of the results in easyfeedback.
