The fundamental decision: flexibility for your product range
If you offer seminars, courses or workshops, you will probably have a variety of courses on offer throughout the year, delivered by different trainers. There are bound to be changes from time to time. It is important for you that the feedback tool adapts flexibly to this and enables you to analyse the data over the course of the year with minimal effort.
This is exactly where easyfeedback can help. With easyfeedback, you can collect the necessary feedback for different courses led by different trainers without having to make lots of manual changes.
You can either send out invitations via easyfeedback with a unique ID, or send the invitation via your own communication tool. In both cases, the system records who led which seminar and when, and for whom the feedback is intended.
The second key decision: data protection (GDPR)
As a provider of seminars, courses or workshops, you process your customers’ data. This data is valuable to you and must be protected. We, easyfeedback GmbH, are a German company with a server located in Germany. This means that we are 100 per cent subject to the GDPR – with no loopholes involving overseas data transfers.
We have obtained TISAX certification (based on ISO 27001 and the BSI Basic Protection Framework), and our data centre is certified to ISO 27001. This ensures you receive the highest level of IT security within Germany.
Questionnaires – flexibly designed for every application
Another key consideration is the design of the questionnaires. How flexibly can they be adapted to your situation? The crux of the matter is often that you need to use a questionnaire, but it must be dynamic enough to work in a seminar with one trainer, two trainers or even three – without requiring any manual effort on your part.
With easyfeedback, you can resolve precisely this situation. We offer a range of features to make this flexibility easy to implement.
The core features, different question types, optimisation for mobile and desktop, a design configurator and many detailed settings are all standard with us.
Interactive dashboards – for individual coaches or for the whole organisation
Things get interesting when you analyse the data. This is where what the feedback tool can offer you really matters. After all, you need insight into the results at various levels.
With easyfeedback, you can create your own customised dashboards and share them with selected individuals. And most importantly: you decide which data is visible.
Gaining the right insights – without manual analysis
One of the biggest advantages of easyfeedback is that we interpret the results for you automatically. This means you don’t have to carry out any manual analysis. With our AI analyses, we provide you with a comprehensive interpretation of the results within seconds – whether overall, by seminar or course series, or at the level of individual trainers. You select the data and we tell you what it means.
In addition, we provide a SWOT analysis and recommendations for action, so that you can immediately implement improvements based on your market. This enables you to react more quickly and enhance your offering.
How many courses is easyfeedback ideally suited for?
The number of courses doesn’t matter. easyfeedback is very flexible and can be used for a small number of courses or for hundreds of courses a year.
Once you’ve set up easyfeedback with your questionnaires, all you need to do is invite your course participants.
Invite participants to take part in a seminar, course or workshop survey
The invitation process is divided into two parts. The aim is always to encourage as many people as possible to take part in the survey:
1. The right time
We can share some practical advice with you here. Immediately after the seminar, participants are usually keen to go home and their attention span is very short. We would therefore recommend that you hand out the invitations to the participants before the final item on the programme. That way, it will still feel like part of the programme and all participants will still be present.
Alternatively, you could send an email containing an invitation after the seminar. However, experience shows that by then many people are already busy with other tasks and have lost focus on this.
2. How to send an invitation
Depending on when you decide to send the invitation, this will affect the type of invitation you use. If you wish to present the invitation whilst the seminar, course or workshop is still in progress, we recommend using a QR code, which we will automatically provide for you.
If you’d like to send an email afterwards, please use our email invitation system. And if you’d prefer to send invitations yourself, simply use the survey link and customise it with additional identifiers if necessary.
Costs – how much does seminar feedback with easyfeedback cost?
The costs generally depend on how many respondents you expect per survey and whether you wish to carry out the analysis manually or automatically.
In the case of an ongoing feedback process, let’s take a closer look at the annual rates:
€390 per year – Starter plan
With our most basic package, up to 500 participants can take part in a survey. Billing is on an annual basis and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
With the Starter package, you can record different courses, trainers and time periods, and receive the results at the end.
€790 per year – Business plan
The Business plan has a limit of 5,000 respondents per survey. This gives you considerably more ‘headroom’ for your respondents.
In addition, the Business plan allows you to create comparisons in the analysis, enabling you to compare different time periods, seminars or trainers. Billing is again on an annual basis and the plan can be cancelled at any time.
€1,759 per year – Professional plan + Result STUDIO
By combining the Professional plan with Result STUDIO, you gain access to the best features and capabilities. Firstly, you can allow up to 20,000 respondents to take part in each survey, create comparisons and share them.
Secondly, Result STUDIO enables you to create digital dashboards with automated analyses that analyse your data in a matter of seconds. The dashboards can then be easily shared with relevant parties via a link.
