Incorrect password entry
A classic example of this is a mix-up of upper and lower case letters or an activated Caps Lock key. When entering your password, make sure that the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not active and that you enter your password exactly as you defined it.
It can always happen that you have forgotten your password. For this purpose we have the password forgotten function. To request a new password, please go to the login page and click on Forgot Password.
Now enter the e-mail address for your account/login and click Send. You will now receive an e-mail with which you can have a new password sent to you. To do so, please click on Request new password now.
Once you click on Request new password now, you will receive a second email with your new password:
Both e-mails are sent immediately by the easyfeedback server. If you do not receive the e-mails directly, it is possible that your mail server delays the delivery of new e-mails or that the e-mails have ended up in your spam folder.
If you cannot log in with the new password, this may have the following reasons:
- When copying the password from the e-mail, you forgot one character and the password is incomplete
- By auto-completion of your browser, the old password is used unnoticed. When entering the password, make sure that the auto-complete function of your browser does not continue to use your old password.
- You have started the process for a new password several times and are trying to log in with a password that has already expired again. This situation can occur quickly if you receive e-mails with a time delay and you request a new password several times. If this is the case, wait about 15-20 minutes until all e-mails from easyfeedback have been delivered and start the process again. Now wait for both e-mails.
Your account has been locked (time lock)
If you try to log in too often with incorrect credentials, your login will be blocked for a few minutes. Wait a few minutes (less than 30 minutes) and try to log in again.
As soon as your account has been suspended due to too many invalid login attempts, you will receive an e-mail and will be informed.
Your (user) license has expired
If you received your access data due to a company license, it is possible that your user license is no longer valid or your access was blocked by your administrator. In both cases, please contact the person who is responsible for the user licenses of your easyfeedback account.
